24-month anomaly compare: `linear768` vs `linearK1536`
The larger Koopman operator did not help on the 24-month GPP TRANSCOM anomaly test. Mean RMSE increased from 8.38 to 9.57, and the 768-d baseline remained better in 9 of 11 regions.
